Hughes Sub Surface have recently been awarded the prestigious diving contract by the Environment Agency.
The Environment Agency contract is to provide Diving, Confined space and Miscellaneous related services in the south east region area – including the non tidal Thames between Teddington Lock and Oxford. As part of the contract, Hughes will be aquiring the two purpose built Dive support vessels previously owned by the EA. Hughes are already the British Waterways diving framework contract holder, this will in turn now strengthen Hughes’s market leader position as the UK main Inland waterway diving service provider.
